Failure to do so may result in delays or additional costs.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will receive rights to the final delivered work as outlined in the project scope.

Realest Reset retains the right to:

• reuse general frameworks, processes, and non-client-specific systems
• display completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

8. No Guarantees

While Realest Reset aims to deliver high-quality systems and solutions, no guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes, performance metrics, or results.

9. Limitation of Liability

Realest Reset is not liable for:

• business losses
• data loss
• system misuse
• third-party service failures

Use of services is at your own risk.

10. Termination

Realest Reset reserves the right to terminate services at any time for:

• non-payment
• breach of these Terms
• misuse of services

Any completed work up to the termination point will remain payable.
